Trick to steal social media traffic

There is no doubt that social media traffic is the recent traffic many bloggers are migrating into and have been seen main traffic source. Having a good reputation on social media with loyal friends, groups, followers and many more will help you to steal good traffic from social media. Below are few steps to follow to steal traffic from social media.

popular social media

Steal Social Media Traffic – These are the tricks!

1. Search for popular groups and pages:

This is what I called (G and P), you don’t really need to be twenty before twenty things are done, take your time to search for groups with names (popular) on social network which you make use off. Virtually everybody is a Facebook addict, try searching for group with thousands number of members, followers, loyal fans and join the group to learn from successful bloggers in the group.

2. Contribute to conversation:

There are different ways to learn and get noticed in a larger community. I remember when I was in high school then what I used to do. I am so much inquisitive, I asked and answers questions so that I will get noticed by my lecturers and in case of any problem I get informed before and virtually before most of my friends. Contribute to the topic on ground, make friend by mentioning name of some important member, contribute your quota to whatever question, be a consistence member in the group and before you know it you can start sharing your blog URL and this will increase your online visibility starting from social  media and will definitely increase your blog traffic.

3. Ask questions:

Some find this difficult to exhibit this act and they have forgotten that nobody is an epitome. So says the HOLY BIBLE; ask you shall be given, then why don’t you ask what you don’t know? The purpose of joining the group is to learn new things, then you must know how to ask questions in a more polite way that will attract the group member for a reasonable responds. The possibility that member may not start responding to your question is very high but don’t hurl abusive words on group members and don’t be too aggressive so as not to terminate your membership in the group. The purpose of you asking the questions is to is to know more about it and this can go far by building quality relationship between you and other members depending on your approach.

4. Respond to your question comment:

This is more or less interacting with your blog visitors, responding to comment in your group post or question will bring out more knowledge and understanding and will definitely strengthen the discussion and caught the attention of top member in the group, so also in your blog comment. I have come to observe that bloggers tend to contribute more on post with high number of comments. If your blog visitors try to leave a comment, try as much as you can to either appreciate their effort in visiting your blog, commend their effort, and/or answer their questions to keep the discussion continue.

5. Recycling the activities:

In one of my blog post, I published one reason why I will stop visiting your blog because I think and know that it worth it. Some blogger have taken their time to read and leave a comment on your blog leaving back the URL that lead to their latest post, then you should also endeavor to visit theirs and leave a comment most especially on a blog with commentluv or intensedebate plugin for some bloggers who visits their blog but didn’t know yours to identify your blogging quality and the quality content you have in your blog to boost your blog traffic and build blogging relationship.

Your turn:

I would have concluded this by say conclusion but I know there are thousands of way to bring quality traffic to blog, then don’t hesitate to share your own point in the comment box to keep the discussion continue.

  2. Nice tips but It’s really too tough to find popular groups. In my views, popular groups are not those have large numbers of members. The groups which have great interaction, engagement, conversation (whatever you said) is popular groups. ;) Right?

Nice post having the truth of the social traffic. I have a query about CommentLuv which is a awesome commenting system in these days, but i found some difficulties to add it on my blog hosted on Blogger. Does CommentLuv works fine only on Wordpress or vice-versa?

    1. Hi Hardik,

I am very happy having you here on bivori; from my experience when I was on blogger, commentluv does not work on blogger platform but intensedebate does and they both perform the same function. Commentluv work better on wordpress and intensedebate on blogger.

  4. Ade it is so easy to get more social traffic by chatting. Solid tips here that I use hourly, heck by the minute sometimes lol! Engaging makes people take note. I write a good comment there then I note traffic flowing to 1 of my 2 blogs from bivori.com, and I see the same happen for folks who write helpful comments on my blog.

Of course hanging on social sites accelerates your traffic flow; you leave helpful comments, promote others and traffic flows your way….whether you steal it or not ;)

    Thanks for sharing!!

Whether you steal it or not (LOL), everything is all about understanding how it works. You have mentioned a very vital aspect of blog comment which cannot be considered as a spam comment; reasonable comment will surely proof to others that you a professional in your niche and this will bring more visitors down to your blog to see what you have to offer in your blog. Thumb up Ryan

I don’t dispute that fact, there is a possibility to got banned if we failed to work with the group according to the rules and regulation of the group and this can as well depend on the groups we joined.

Use only one image for your gravatar, facebook, twitter, infact all social media account. With this, you’ll be recognized on social media and folks will be curious to know you. I joined a couple of groups and facebook where we rub ideas and help each other and i must confess, it rocks! Great post buddy, keep it up.
